CHP’s two-year Health Fellowship Program is designed for individuals who possess a master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health or health services administration, or a related degree from an accredited program. Previous work experience is preferred.

 

Admission to the program is highly competitive, and individuals hoping to be considered for the 2011-2012 program must submit an application packet by the end of January 2011. CHP has a strong, mission-driven commitment to diversity and inclusion.

 

Fellows gain on-the-job experience and mentoring, as well as in-depth exposure to a broad range of management issues, and they also interact with senior-level executives. In addition, they learn firsthand about crucial aspects of leading a nonprofit, faith-based healthcare system, including caring for our local communities, responding to their ever-changing needs and remaining accountable to those we serve.
