The CarePATH program reached a significant milestone in August 2011 with its largest hospital go live yet. The three hospitals of CHP’s Humility of Mary Health Partners region – St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio; St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center in Boardman, Ohio; and St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, Ohio – all went live on the CarePATH software.

Earlier in the year, CarePATH went live at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, which is part of CHP’s Mercy Health region in southwest Ohio. The region's Mercy Hospital Fairfield, Mercy Hospital Anderson and Mercy Hospital Clermont also implemented CarePATH in 2010.

Among CHP’s employed physician practices, three successful go lives also took place recently, with employed physicians at St. Rita's Health Partners in the Lima, Ohio area going live on CarePATH in August 2011, those within Mercy - Lorain region in the Lorain, Ohio area going live in September 2011 and those within Mercy - Northern region in Northwest Ohio going live in October 2011. Employed physician practices within the following CHP regions also went live on CarePATH during 2010 and 2011:

Community Mercy Health Partners in the Springfield, Ohio area
Humility of Mary Health Partners in the Youngstown, Ohio area
Mercy Health Partners in the Paducah and Irvine, Kentucky areas.
